STEP 1: TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

Take your measurements directly on the body while standing with your legs together. Use a soft measuring tape and don't hold it too tightly to your body.

1. CHEST

Your measuring tape should be horizontal, going around your chest at the strongest point. Do not take the measurement while holding your breath.

2. WAIST

This is your abdominal circumference. Your measuring tape should be horizontal, going around your stomach at the hollow of your waist (thinnest part).

3. POND TOUR

Your measuring tape should be horizontal, going around your pelvis and your buttocks at the widest point.
