1980 : Always in style and true to this creative yet realist fashion, the Rech woman affirms and distinguishes herself. Far from the fleeting extravagances of the time, the Rech style wants to be independent, like the ones who adopts it. During the 80’s, the « Femmes de Rech » campaigns symbolize the decade with women admired for their sophisticated looks and strong personalities.
1986 : George Rech is chosen to design Air France’s uniforms. While the collections are already praised by women on every continent, the George Rech clothes walk in the air, worn by the most elegant air hostesses of the world.
1989 : After more than 25 years at the head of the house, Mr Rech decides to sell his shares to Courtaulds Group and gives the keys of the atelier to Danielle Jagot. Starting as a fit model, the young lady built her whole career at George Rech. At the head of the studio, she helps the brand to reach its apogee
