Our history
Founded in 1968 by Mr and Mrs Hazan, Apostrophe starts as a family business specialized in women’s ready-to-wear distribution.
Their son Patrick Hazan grows up in this atmosphere which naturally leads him to draw his first sketches when he was only seventeen years old. His pieces are noticed in different European fairs and the designer is encouraged to revolutionize the house’s style and habits.
In 1978, the young pioneer opens his first boutique on rue Bonaparte, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près.
