DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Mode of Delivery
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. (PO Boxes not applicable).
In the case of an error in the wording of the customer details Georges Rech cannot be held responsible for being unable to deliver the item/ items on order.

Georges Rech Paris undertakes to deliver the order within the time frame specified after confirming the order and subject to full payment being received. In the case of a late delivery, (7 working days from specified date) and the product has still not been shipped the customer may terminate the order by way of a recorded letter enclosing the receipt and a request for a refund. If the product was shipped prior to receipt of the cancellation of the order for late delivery of more than 7 working days, Georges Rech will reimburse the cost of the item along with the carriage costs as long as the order is received back in its original condition with all relevant paperwork and labels.
Georges Rech Paris undertakes to inform the customer regarding the progress of their order.
Georges Rech cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances out of their control, for example strikes.
Satisfied or Refund.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Although every effort is made some items offered for sale may vary from the colours shown on the website due to the browser screen.
The customer if not satisfied has a period of 15 days from the date of delivery to return the order in able to obtain a full refund. This period exceeds the legal deadline of 7 days referred to by article L121-120 of the customer code.
The item/items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging accompanied by a completed returns form (available on the Georges Rech web site) and to the address specified on the returns form.
The item/items will be refunded to the customer within a maximum period of 30 days of being received by Georges Rech Paris. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep proof of return carriage.
Reimbursement will be made to the card used to make the original transaction. (less the cost of carriage related to the return). The minimal risk associated with returns is considered to be attributed solely to the customer.

Any item purchased on the website may not be returned or exchanged in any of the stores or concessions.
